I ordered this karaoke system last month but only got the chance to open it today, on my boyfriend birthday. We tested it right away, and while the sound system itself is good, the microphone quality is absolutely disappointing!
You have to put your mouth extremely close to the microphone just for it to pick up your voice. How is that acceptable? The microphone is so poor that it makes the whole karaoke experience frustrating. Honestly, it feels like a cheap-quality microphone that is not worth the money.
I cannot believe this brand sells a product like this. I trusted your brand, and I am extremely disappointed, especially because this was supposed to be a birthday gift.
I would like to return this product as soon as possible because I am not satisfied with its quality but I cant as rhis is a gift. The sound system may be good, but the microphone is a major letdown.
I would not recommend buying this product. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money!
