At Lenco, we’re proud of the quality and reliability of our products. To give you peace of mind, all Lenco items purchased from our official website or authorised UK retailers come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers:
• Manufacturing or material defects
• Faults occurring during normal use
• Products used in domestic (non-commercial) settings
If your product develops a fault within 24 months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge, subject to our terms below.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents
• Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, scuffs)
• Parts subject to normal wear and tear (e.g., stylus, belts, batteries)
• Products modified or repaired by unauthorised parties
• Items purchased from non-authorised sellers or marketplaces without valid proof of purchase
• Commercial or professional use
Making a Warranty Claim
If you experience a fault, please follow these steps:

• Your order confirmation or valid proof of purchase
