At Lenco, we’re proud of the quality and reliability of our products. To give you peace of mind, all Lenco items purchased from our official website or authorised UK retailers come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.


 

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:

Manufacturing or material defects

Faults occurring during normal use

Products used in domestic (non-commercial) settings

If your product develops a fault within 24 months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge, subject to our terms below.


 

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents

Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, scuffs)

Parts subject to normal wear and tear (e.g., stylus, belts, batteries)

Products modified or repaired by unauthorised parties

Items purchased from non-authorised sellers or marketplaces without valid proof of purchase

Commercial or professional use

 


 

Making a Warranty Claim


If you experience a fault, please follow these steps:

1. Contact the retailer where you purchased your Lenco product and provide:

A clear description of the issue

Your order confirmation or valid proof of purchase

2. If you purchased directly from Lenco.uk, email our customer service team at support@lenco.uk or use our Contact Form.

3. If applicable, we may ask you to return the item for inspection before processing a replacement or repair.
